Holiday Weeks - CATS / Kronos Cut-offs

Semi-Hourly Pay: (Effective 9/1/09)

• CATS time entry is 6 days prior to payday (excluding those pay periods containing holidays) at 2:00pm
• 2009 and 2010 cutoff schedule

Weekly Pay:

New Upcoming HOLIDAY WEEKS - CATS & Kronos Cut Off Times

• Monday, November 23rd - 10:00a.m. CATS/Kronos cut off for Weekly Payroll ending 11/22
• Monday, December 21st - 10:00a.m. CATS/Kronos cut off for Weekly Payroll ending 12/20
• Monday, December 28th - 10:00a.m. CATS/Kronos cut off for Weekly Payroll ending 12/27

• CATS time entry by Monday at 2:00 p.m. 
  (If Monday is a University holiday, then Tuesday at 2:00 p.m.) 
• Kronos by Monday at 1:00 p.m.
  (If Monday is a University holiday, then Tuesday at 11:00a.m.)

Bi-weekly Pay:

• CATS time entry by Monday at 2:00 p.m. 
  (If Monday is a Health System holiday, then Tuesday at 2:00 p.m.) 
• Kronos by Monday at 1:00 p.m. 
  (If Monday is a Health System holiday, then Tuesday at 11:00 a.m.) 
• Nightingale by Monday at 4:00 p.m.
  (If Monday is a Health System holiday, then Tuesday at 1:30 p.m.) 

Note:  Changes to time entry cannot be made by Payroll Shared Services after the cut-off.  Time changes after the cut-off are made directly into CATS and Nightingale or by the Historical Edits SAP/Kronos Form for Kronos.
