Disabling pop-up blockers to access eMarketplace

When users select eMarketplace and nothing happens, it is usually caused by a pop-up blocker on the computer.  The pop-up blocker may be disabled either in the browser settings or toolbar settings.

eMarketplace users also need to enter their Profile in eMarketplace before creating an order.
