Procurement Card Program
Citibank Online Statements Cardholders may now view their up-to-date statements online on Citibank's Web site. Please be advised, this system is intended for Procurement Cardholders only. To register, go to www.cards.citidirect.com. - The CitiDirect system client code is: jhu
- To login, your username is: the first 4 letters of your last name followed by the last 6 digits of your PCard number (ex. abel123456). This step is not case sensitive.
- Your temporary password is: IN ALL CAPS, the reverse of your username (ex. 654321LEBA). You will then be prompted to change your password. After reentering your temporary password, (REMEMBER TO TURN OFF YOUR CAPS AFTERWARDS) your new personal password must contain: at least one upper case letter, one lower case letter, and at least one number (ex. Joshua3).

You may be prompted to enter your email address. If so, you need to enter your address in order to use the site. Once you get to the page titled "CitiDirect Card Management System" you will see blue rectangular drop-down options. To view your statement, point to 'Inquiry' and click on 'Statement' at the drop-down. The new screen will have an option for "cycle" with a drop-down, with 'All' already selected and highlighted. You may select a specific month, but you will probably find that it is easiest to just leave 'All' selected. Click on 'search.' You may open up your current statement, with the status "Interim," or any other statement by clicking on the blue account number portion (on the left hand side of the screen) on that statement's line. Please note, if you are accessing your interim statement you will only see transactions that have already posted, at least two days after the transaction was made. You may access the transaction detail of any line by selecting the "+" sign at the left side of the screen. This will provide you with reference numbers, vendor addresses, MCC codes & descriptions, and itemized order information if the vendor supplies it (vendors like Fisher and Office Depot). When you are done using the system, please make sure to log out at the upper right side of the screen.
