The Johns Hopkins University Supply Stores stock over 500 commonly used laboratory supplies, and chemicals. If you routinely use items not listed, please let us know. We will try to stock the items, or will order them for you on a special-order basis.

2008 JHU Supply Store Corning Promotion  

Orders may be submitted electronically using SAP shopping cart functionality. Customers must have the SRM Requisitioner role to initiate shopping carts in SAP.  Cost assignments may not be split on JHU Supply Store orders, so 100% must be applied to one cost assignment for each store order.  A searchable Supply Store catalog is available in SAP for customer ordering convenience. The catalog contains product and pricing information for all items carried by the Supply Stores.  

A JHU Supply Store Quick Reference Guide to placing orders with the University Supply Store using SAP has been created, and is available online.  Faculty and staff are encouraged to print a copy of the guide for reference.

Customers may submit shopping carts for items to be picked up in person at either Supply Store location (Mudd Hall ‑ Homewood; Basement PCTB ‑ JHMI), or to be delivered directly to their office or laboratory. Please indicate if your order is pick-up or delivery by entering text in the Internal Note section, in the shopping cart Default Settings for Items. The University Supply Stores provide direct delivery service to all University locations in the Baltimore metropolitan area.  All orders sent to the Supply Stores for customer pick-up will be available for pick-up two (2) hours later. All orders received after 3 PM will be available for pick-up next business day.
