We have created an electronic communication mechanism to keep our clients informed of process changes and updates. We strongly encourage anyone who initiates or approvers ISRs, submits miscellaneous deductions and/or participates in the benefits enrollment process to subscribe.
To sign up for the HR/Payroll Shared Services mailing list, please click on the following link: https://lists.johnshopkins.edu.
- Click the login button at the top right-hand corner of the screen.
- Login using your JHED credentials.
- In the search lists field, type hr-payrollsharedservices.
- Click the search lists button or hit enter.
- Click on the subscribe button on the left-hand side and the follow the instructions.
- Once you complete these steps, you will get an email from SYMPA confirming your subscription
- “Someone, probably you, requested to create or renew your password for your list server account hr-payrollsharedservices. (This request comes from host lists.johnshopkins.edu at xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx). You may ignore this request or click on the following url in order to choose your password: https://lists.johnshopkins.edu/sympa/".
- Click on the link in the email from SYMPA.
- You will now get a welcome email from hr-payrollsharedservices.
- You are now subscribed and will start receiving emails from HR/Payroll Shared Services.
- Next time you log in to the list.johnshopkins.edu, click on the HOME tab.
- Then, on the left-hand side you will see all the subscriptions you are registered for under the Manage Your Subscriptions button and you should see hr-payrollsharedservices as one of them.
