We have created an electronic communication mechanism to keep our clients informed of process changes and updates. We strongly encourage anyone who initiates or approves ISRs, submits miscellaneous deductions and/or participates in the benefits enrollment process to subscribe.
To sign up for the HR Shared Services mailing list, please click on the following link: https://lists.johnshopkins.edu. Click login. Click the select button next to Johns Hopkins University. Enter JHED credentials. Enter hrsharedservices-info in the search criteria section. Click on the HR Shared Services mailing list. Choose subscribe under List Operations section. Once you complete these steps, you will start receiving emails on important SAP processing updates from HR Shared Services.
